The first seven days by the numbers:

• miles travelled: 492
• average miles per day: 70
• total time on bike: 39 hours, 10 minutes
• average speed: 12.5 MPH

AT&T coverage is getting progressively worse as I head down the route. (As I post this I’m catching up on being 4 days behind on updates.) This affects both my cell phone and the wireless broadband card I’d use to get online. Heading more into central and southern California should hopefully alleviate the connectivity issues.
